Overview:
This identity is complete with a logo, applications, advertisements, signage, and an engagement activity. With the integration of the vast history of American mining and particular attention to the hardships miners endured through much of the 19th and 20th century.
Community Event
The Family Mining Experience is a monthly event that allows the entire fam to immerse themselves at the Mine Museum. Happening every first Saturday of the month, search for gems, gold, minerals, and diamonds with our reconstructed mine and quarry site. Swap what you find with others, cash in for rewards at the gift shop, or save for yourself. We wouldn’t blame you if you did! The Family Mining experience comes with your very own mining kit fit with a shovel, bucket, map and more. Profit for this event goes to the planting and upkeep of lavender gardens on top of abandoned coal mines in Colorado. We look forward to seeing you soon!
