Problem Statement:
Create a product of food based on a hero ingredient of your choice. In this case orange and purple sweet potatoes.
Outcome:
This project involved weeks of cooking, baking and experimenting with sweet potatoes in order to create a savory and sweet tart made for the freezer section at grocery stores.
